ピアノ・創設者

コンサート・ピアニスト、カウンターポイント・コンサーツ創設者。ジョージアのトビリシ生まれ。全米各地のオーケストラとソリストとして共演し、力強さと気品、豊かな想像力を備えた演奏で高い評価を得ている。女性作曲家の作品の紹介にも力を注ぎ、ワシントンD.C.のスミソニアン国立肖像画美術館でのプロジェクトなどを手がける。

ERIC LEE / easterner

オーディオビジュアル・アーティスト

ロンドン／香港出身、ニューヨークを拠点とする学際的なオーディオビジュアル・アーティスト、ミュージシャン。ライブコーディング、音、映像を通して現代の「サイボーグ的」なあり方を探り、新旧のテクノロジーが持つ詩的な可能性を引き出すとともに、その社会的な役割を問いかける。国際的に公演を行うほか、クリエイティブ・コーディングのイベントやワークショップも主宰している。

TORU IZUMIDA

オーディオビジュアル・アーティスト

東京を拠点とするオーディオビジュアル・アーティスト。レイヤー状にプログラムされた映像と、音に反応するシステムを組み合わせたライブA/Vセットを展開。MUTEK.JP、DOMMUNE、米国のSIGNAL、香港のJUMPSTARTER、韓国の光州メディアアート・フェスティバルなどで作品を発表。ライブA/Vイベント兼展示プラットフォーム「Public Visuals」も主宰する。

GEN TOMURO

ピアノ

東京生まれのピアニスト。ボストン、パリ、ロンドンで研鑽を積み、フィリップ・アントルモンの唯一の弟子として学ぶ。パリのサル・ガヴォーでの協奏曲デビュー以降、アジア、ヨーロッパ、南北アメリカで演奏。とりわけフランス音楽を得意とし、洗練された様式感と好奇心、幅広い表現力を兼ね備えたプログラムを届けている。

NATALIA KAZARYAN

Pianist · Founder

Natalia Kazaryan is a concert pianist and founder of Counterpoint Concerts. Born in Tbilisi, Georgia, she has appeared as soloist with orchestras across the United States and is acclaimed for performances of strength, elegance and imagination. Her programming also champions women composers, including projects at the Smithsonian National Portrait Gallery in Washington, D.C.

ERIC LEE / easterner

Audio/visual artist

Eric Lee, aka easterner, is an interdisciplinary audiovisual artist and musician from London/Hong Kong, based in New York. His work explores the contemporary cyborg condition through live code, sound and image, using both old and new technologies to reveal their poetic potential and question their social role. He performs internationally and organizes creative-code events and workshops.

TORU IZUMIDA

Audio/visual artist

Toru Izumida is a Tokyo-based audio/visual artist whose live A/V sets combine layered programmed imagery with sound-reactive systems. His work has been presented at MUTEK JP, DOMMUNE, SIGNAL in the United States, JUMPSTARTER in Hong Kong and the Gwangju Media Art Festival in Korea. He also organizes Public Visuals, a live A/V event and exhibition platform.

GEN TOMURO

Piano

Tokyo-born pianist Gen Tomuro studied in Boston, Paris and London, including as Philippe Entremont's sole apprentice. Following his concerto debut at Salle Gaveau in Paris, he has performed across Asia, Europe and the Americas. Especially associated with French repertoire, his programmes unite stylistic refinement, curiosity and expressive breadth.
