Tunnel Tokyo
Following the success of Counterpoint’s Season Two opening program Guardian of the Night, the project travels to Tokyo for a new international edition.
At the center of the evening, Natalia Kazaryan performs Ravel’s Gaspard de la nuit, reimagined through real-time generative visuals in a live audiovisual collaboration with New York-based artist Eric Lee. Solo piano and AV sets by Tokyo-based artists Gen Tomuro and Toru Izumida extend the program into a cross-cultural exploration of sound and image.
